Thank you for choosing Gülcan. We are honoured to be part of your special celebration. By accepting your quotation and placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once your quotation has been accepted and the required deposit has been received.
Payment
The payment schedule outlined in your quotation must be met by the specified due dates. Orders may not proceed until payments have been received in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Order Approval
It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and approve all order details, including quantities, colours, ribbon selections, personalisation, spelling, event dates, and delivery information before production begins.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes requested after production has commenced may not be possible and may incur additional charges. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or production has commenced.
Handcrafted Products
Every Gülcan creation is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, ribbon placement, tulle, and presentation are part of the unique character of artisan-made products and are not considered faults.
Food & Allergen Information
Our handcrafted sugared almonds are gluten free. They are prepared in an environment where a variety of nuts are processed and may contain traces of hazelnuts, walnuts, pecans, cashews, pistachios, and peanuts.
Customers are responsible for advising their guests of any dietary or allergy considerations.
Product Care
To preserve quality, products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture until your event.
Delivery & Collection
Risk and responsibility for the products transfer to the client upon collection or successful delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify Gülcan promptly if there are any concerns.
Photography
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Gülcan may photograph completed products for use on our website and social media.
No personal information will be published without your permission.
Acceptance
By accepting your quotation, paying your deposit, or proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
